Nitin Gera

Nitin is handling complete delivery and operations for the AiRo Digital Labs, from the Gurugram (India) Office. He has been through the journey of getting operations set up and streamlined multiple times in his life and is using all that experience to build a world-class culture, with a lean and agile mode of operations.

Nitin has come up through 22 years of hard yards, proving himself multiple times over in managing large transformational programs. His past engagements span across the US and India, covering prestigious names like Time Warner Group, Volvo Group, Burger King, Kroger among others. He has worked with a disparate and interesting mix of organizations, ranging from TCS, Mindtree, Birlasoft to Mercer.

Nitin is energized by the startup ecosystem around the world and is associated with mentoring many of them. Personally, he has been much more closely associated with the IOT space, which is on the cusp of turning the business organizations, organization processes and commercial models upside down. He is fascinated by opportunities for solving real-life problems of everyday space - Healthcare, Living Conditions, Food, and Agriculture across the world.

Nitin is associated with Smart Cities Council and Cloud-based Transformation Standards group. He is actively associated with IOT Interest Group, promoting the transformation of Technologists to Solution Experts.
