The client is one of the largest insurance groups in Japan. The company offers a comprehensive product bouquet of all lines of business insurance.
The client needed to finish an inevitable Automation platform update. They needed to upgrade their UiPath orchestrator to give better capabilities and a more up-to-date environment to meet business needs.
The Client Needed External Help To Seamlessly Complete A a2021.4 UiPath Orchestrator Update
Companies attempting to ride the wave of artificial intelligence (AI) powered apps have benefited greatly from robotic process automation (RPA). One of the most extensively used RPA tools is UiPath. A detailed study of the environment and ensure everything is working fine in the Dev environment a version upgrade will be carried out in Dev first.
Used UiPath executable files “.NET Core Module 3.1.x” and “UiPathOrchestrator.msi” for seamless upgrade.

The team created an image of the orchestrator windows server before version upgrade to enable the rollback plan in case required.
