A Brazilian with 30 years of experience in global P&L management, corporate governance, M&A, technology, and business growth in 25+ countries, Ana led global P&Ls with companies such as IBM, Korn Ferry, and Accenture and helps Boards and CEOs transform businesses. She holds an MBA from Kellogg, a MsEcon, and a JD, all summa cum laude. She received the Chicago United Business Leader of Color, Nueva Estrella Latina, and Women in History Awards. As Korn Ferry Consulting CEO (NYSE: KFY), she created $500+ MM global business through M&A, technology, and digitalization.

Ana serves as a Director at the CME Group (CME-NASDAQ), the largest fintech company in the world; Eletrobras (NYSE: EBR), the world’s 4th largest energy renewables and 7th largest energy company; Harvest Inc. (NCSX: HARV), a leader in the cannabis industry; First Internet Bank (NASDAQ: INBK), Elkay Industries and M. Holland, a global plastics company. She chairs Compensation and Nominating and Governance Committees, co-Chairs the Latino Corporate Directors Educational Foundation and the Board Initiative at Women Business Collaborative. Ana also serves on the Boards of Chicago Innovation, Blessings in a Backpack, and the World Sustainability Forum. Ana is an avid triathlete and yoga practitioner and is the best-selling author of Lessons in Leadership: Detoxing the workplace.
