Doug is a seasoned transformation executive with over 20 years of experience as an operational leader and technology strategist. He has held numerous operational, program-level, and strategic roles in a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, and technology. His areas of expertise include Digital Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Innovation, Advanced Analytics, and Organizational Change Management.
Currently, Doug leads the healthcare practice for WGroup, a highly recognized boutique management consultancy. Previously he has served in various executive roles across the healthcare spectrum including Interim CIO for the Cleveland Clinic, where he was responsible for transforming the technology function for one of the world’s most recognized and respected healthcare brands.
Doug also spent ten years at McKesson, a Fortune 10 pharmaceutical distribution, health information technology, and medical supply company, where he held multiple leadership roles culminating in responsibility for Global Architecture and Technology Strategy. Doug holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
