Your Job Profile as a Inside Sales Manager/ Inside Sales Specialist/ Lead Generation Specialist

Your Job Profile as an Inside Sales Lead Generation Specialist B2B Sales reaching business targets through creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, answering incoming calls from prospective clients and following up on leads. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role.


Duties and Tasks of Your Particular Role

  • New Business development through cold calling/outbound calls.

  • Create, maintain, and update database/reports of prospects.

  • Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.

  • Ensure customer follow-up all the time.

  • Handle customer needs and requirements.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.

  • Assist and support sales head in handling customer requests and needs.

Years of Experience

  • 4 - 10 Years

You Must Have

  • Proven experience as a b2b appointment setter, sales representative, or similar will be advantageous across the North American market.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in international business development.

  • Minimum 3+ years of Proven track record of International cold calling experience.

  • Experience in appointment /meetings with the prospects.

  • Must have strong convincing skills.

  • Able to handle sales and target pressure.

  • Excellent phone etiquette.

  • Professional and courteous disposition.

  • Persuasive and results oriented.

  • Available to work in the evenings. 

  • Familiar with CRM Zoho sales force or similar

  • Understanding time zones, multitasking, and flexibility are required from appointment setter and a highly organized employee and always ready to support your sales team.

  • Understanding of the IT domain of not specific solutions.
